Cancellation Policy

When we schedule an appointment the time is allocated just for you.

If you need to cancel you must call during normal business hours.

• 48 hours and beyond full refund minus credit card processing fee plus $25.00 admin fee
• 24 hours or less 50% refund
• Day of service or driver in route or at pickup location no refund.

Manager discretion to apply any or all towards next appointment
